Schedule your consultation
We recommend that you plan to spend at least an hour with your consultant on your first, pressure-free meeting. Some clients find their ring right away, but we are happy to work with you in as many appointments as you need. Note that some custom design work for engagement rings can take up to 6 weeks, so please factor that into your plans. We will work with you as much and as frequently as needed to get your perfect ring when you need it.

A Jewellery Consultant - Our role
Nothing can replace speaking directly with an expert and seeing your choices laid out. Our specialists are extremely knowledgeable diamond and ring experts, but they’re more than that. Their primary focus is learning about you, and finding a ring that suits your personality, lifestyle and budget.
Your first consultation
This first meeting is all about education, and trust us – there’s more to learn than you might think! Our consultants will start to explore the nuances of diamonds and ring types with you, while they’re also learning about you and your partner. It’s also a great opportunity to decide whether or not you want to surprise your partner with the ring and proposal, or if you’d like to bring them in to help be a part of choosing their ring.
