Please note: no exchanges or refunds on sale items. Within 10 days of your purchase, you may exchange or return regularly priced items for a refund to the original method of payment. Items that are special ordered or altered are final sale.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original pristine condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging, certification, and tags intact.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-designed or personalized jewelry
- Engraved items
- Rings that have been resized (either as part of the original purchase or after delivery)
Return Process
You must first contact their Customer Service (info@diamonddesign.com or 709-754-9497) within the 30-day window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
We will then provide a prepaid, insured FedEx return shipping label.
Shipping Costs
We offer complimentary return shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges within the 30-day window, provided you use the insured FedEx label.
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after they receive and inspect the returned item.
