Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Diamond Design. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original pristine condition.
  • All original packaging (e.g., gift box, pouch), certification, and tags must be intact and returned with the item.
  • The item must show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-designed or personalized jewellery.
  • Engraved items.
  • Rings that have been resized (whether as part of the original purchase or after delivery).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service Department at info@diamonddesign.com or 709-754-9497 within the 30-day return window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Jewellery or watches will not be accepted for return without a Return Authorization number.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a prepaid, insured FedEx return shipping label via email.
  • Carefully package the item in its original condition with all accompanying materials, using the provided return label. We recommend reusing the original packaging for safe transit.
  • Ship the package via FedEx as instructed. Please ensure the package is dropped off at a FedEx location and obtain a receipt for your records.

Return Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer complimentary return shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges within the 30-day return window. All return shipments must be made using our provided insured FedEx label.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship your new item after processing the returned item. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Store Credit: Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or unique code, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Inspection and Fraud Prevention

All returned items undergo a thorough inspection by our quality control team. Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or show signs of wear, damage, or tampering may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused. We take all necessary measures to prevent fraudulent returns and reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.
