Shipping Costs & Insurance
We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping and full insurance coverage on all orders. Your jewellery is insured from the moment it leaves our hands until it reaches yours, providing you with complete peace of mind.
Quick Processing Time
- In-stock items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped the same day or the next business day.
- Made-to-order/Custom items: Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and creation of made-to-order or custom designs before shipment.
- Orders placed after 3 PM NDT on business days or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We utilize FedEx services that include comprehensive tracking and require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure the secure receipt of your high-value purchase.
- Domestic Shipping: Typical delivery times are 2-3 business days depending on location within Canada.
- International Shipping: At this time, diamonddesign.com does not ship outside of Canada.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the FedEx website.
Packaging & Security
Your jewellery will be discreetly packaged in unmarked outer boxes to ensure safety and security during transit. Inside, your piece will be presented in its gift box, securely cushioned to prevent any movement or damage. For your peace of mind and security, we video record all orders being packaged for shipment to ensure your purchase is safely and securely prepared.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@diamonddesign.com or 709-754-9497. As all shipments are fully insured, we will work with FedEx to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. Diamond Design is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any redirection fees charged by FedEx due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
